Ever since I bought the Charge 6 last summer I have to restart my phone every couple days in order to get it to sync. I have tried all the suggestions multiple times. I have read that this is a issue with lots of people. I have not received the updated firmware yet. When I go to system it is 66.20001.214.24. Is this issue going to get resolved?
I rely on my fitbit to vibrate when I get a text message or incoming calls. When it doesn't sync it doesn't vibrate until I restart my phone. I regret upgrading to the 6.

Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing what issues will be resolved in the firmware update.
That said, I know you mentioned you restarted your phone, but have you tried restarting the device itself?
