Charge 6 sync problems

I've only had  it a month, and it's not syncing properly. It will sync maybe once a day, if you're lucky. Google maps and YouTube music are unusable. It's also killing the battery on the Fitbit, so it's now only lasting a couple of days.

Best part of an hour troubleshooting to support, who were unable to solve it . The only suggestion was to wait for march release of the Fitbit app to see if the solved it. Guess what.. it didn't.

£100 down the drain. I want my money back.

That's right. I contacted customer services and they were unable to resolve the issue.

This product is fundamentally flawed. I just want my money back
