Hi, my issue started a few days ago when my charge 6 wouldn’t charge. Then it started to stay on one day and the steps keep adding up, it will change the time but the info for the day won’t change. And also it won’t sync to the app. I tried cleaning the charger and fitbit that didn’t work, I tried resetting it and it didn’t work either. Won’t sync to the phone so I’m a little confused

In regards the charge of your device, those steps you followed are good to troubleshoot the battery. For additional tips see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
For the issue related to syncing, we have another help article that has a serie of steps that when followed in the stablished order, they usually resolve the issue.

For the issue that the data from the previous day remain in the next one , i find it odd, but maybe it's related to the syncing one. Hopefully you'll be able to resolve this one when you arrive to sync.

Thanks! It actually died and I tried the charger again and it worked and it seemed to fix all the problems
