Charge 6 text messages stop workig

Every time I charge my Charge 6, my text notifications stop working. I have restarted the Charge 6, restarted my Google pixel, changed my settings. I get email, weather, news feed, etc notifications. Everything but text. Then it will start again. Until a week later when I recharge the fitbit and start the same stupid process all over again.

charge my Fitbit. I check everything. Every time. Every week.
