Hello @Jousel
It sounds like you haven't set up a sleep schedule on your Charge 6 yet. When you set up your sleep schedule, your Charge 6 automatically goes into Sleep mode at the start and automatically turns off at the end. Sleep mode will prevent your display from lighting up at night as well as mute notifications. You can double tap the screen to see/wake the screen during Sleep mode, if needed.
This help page (<-- click) has the instructions on how to set up your sleep schedule. Scroll down to the section called "Quiet mode" for the instructions.
Just to share with you, I didn't know about setting up a sleep schedule for several months when I first got my Charge 5. So, like you, my Fitbit kept lighting up when I moved around at night. Setting up the sleep schedule was the answer.
