Once I did the update, the time I had set for my hours to move between changed. I have tried resetting them and it will not save my changes. Same thing happened on my fathers Fitbit and I can not change the time on his either.

If you are in the USA, I suspect that your current issue is likely due to the change to Daylight Saving Time.
When this has happened in the past due to the time change, the app is usually working properly within a day.
