My fitbit charge 6 goes from 100%charged to O as soon as unplugged and screen then goes black. Cleaned contacts, rebooted numerous times, and restarted to no avail. Just got this as a Christmas present to replace my other one in which the watch connections to the band broke. This unit has been poor replacement. Spent most of yesterday going on line to try to fix this.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and sharing the steps that you've tried prior to posting. I understand how you're feeling and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. To work on this together, may I know if you've exhausted the rest of the steps described in this help article? Please make sure to perform the restart by plugging your tracker and pressing the button located on the flat end of the charging cable 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. You should see the Fitbit logo afterwards.
