91% charged and Fitbit doesn’t turn on? This is happening every week. Purchased in July 2023

Hi there @OliveOyl58! A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Thank you for letting us know about this situation. 

I suggest you try to restart your Charge 6 this way:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. 
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times with one-second pause between each press. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
  3. Another way to restart your device is to unplug it, wait a second, and plug it back in. Repeat this process 3 times in an 8 seconds interval and then wait 10 seconds until the device restarts.

Then please try to change the clock face.
