Charge 6 showing inconclusive

Why is my charge 6 showing inconclusive no matter if I restart it or clean contacts? Didn’t do software update. Is that the problem. The day before it was saying i am in Afib.

I was getting an Afib alert on Sunday evening now the next day it’s keeps saying invonsistent repeated. Cleaning contacts and resetting several times didn’t help. Any ideas?

Please let us know if you're still having problems getting a good ECG result with your Charge 6.

My ecg only works if I place it on my ankle or thigh, never my wrist for some weird reason.
