Charge 6 unable to pair

ANSWERED

It first started yesterday morning when the device didn't sync with the app. I uninstall and reinstall the app. I removed the Charge 6 from my Bluetooth, turned off Bluetooth, restarted my phone, and turned on Bluetooth, but now it's not appearing on my phone when I scan for Bluetooth devices..

I'm sorry to know the inconveniences you have found with your Charge 6.  I appreciate all the steps you tried before contacting.

Please, go to your Fitbit app and try the following steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app.
  2. Tap the account icon in the top left corner.
  3. Choose “Add more devices.”
  4. Select the picture of your Charge 6.
  5. If a message appears that says “replace your Charge 6,” tap OK.
