My Charge 6 was 2 minutes fast for several weeks. I tried various recommended cures without success. Yesterday I spent well over an hour on it. Eventually it got stuck on a screen telling me to download the Fitbit mobile app. I deleted and reloaded the app several times which made no difference. I was about to give up when I did this. So easy in retrospect! Open the app, click the battery icon, top left, then click Add more devices, then select Charge 6 Tracker (or whichever device you have). It asked me if I wanted to replace my Charge 6 with a new one. I selected Yes. After that it was plain sailing.
