My Fitbit Charge 6 appears to have stopped working. The screen is completely white and no longer functioning properly. The battery appears to be charged, and I have used the device carefully. It was not exposed to water, dropped, or otherwise damaged.
I've reset it a lot of times already. Also, I changed the clock face a lot of times, but nothing was helping.
Please let me know what the proper procedure is in this situation.
