Fitbit charge 6, barely 3 weeks old, now has white screen with lines. Was told to return for replacement using DHL but can't figure out how to post ither with courier collection or drop off at express location?? Keep getting asked for parcel sizes and they will quote me a posting price?? £114 for a fitbit that after 3 weeks is useless?
