Charge 6 will not connect with the phone. Any help is appreciated

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 is not connecting with the phone. I'll be glad to suggest you some tips. 

In order to set up your Charge 6, please read and follow the steps shown here : How do I set up my Fitbit device?

If you encounter issues with your Fitbit device setup, refer to Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
