The watch seems to be trapped in a timing loop, it will not allow me to pause the timer. Also, the clock face display has changed to digital numbers. I tried following the reset sequence of pushing the black charger three times in 8 seconds, but that does nothing. I only bought this two weeks ago! Please help!

Let me help you with the display of your Charge 6.
You can manage the type of clock face you want your Charge 6 to display. I recommend that you follow the instructions in our help article How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? > How do I change my clock face?
If the restart doesn't seem to do anything, please make sure your device is charging by trying a different usb port. You may refer to our help article How do I restart my Fitbit device? > Charge 5 and Charge 6.
