My Charge 6 will again not take a charge, so I checked for a phone app update which there was one available for version 4.4. Now within the updated phone app, it says there is an update available for the Charge 6. When I attempt to update tracker, it cannot update because there is no battery left.

I have tried all of the below. Tracker is still unresponsive
Another way to restart your device is to unplug it, wait a second, and plug it back in. Repeat this process 3 times in an 8 seconds interval and then wait 10 seconds until the device restarts. DONE
