Charge 6 won't re-charge

My Charge 6 won't re-charge. I have cleaned the connectors and tried various points to plug in the cable and I have long-pressed the button on the charging cable but nothing is working.

How long was it left on the charger?  In order to get a good charge, it needs to be on the charger for at least 2 hours.

Also, did you try different outlets?

I've tried everything on that link and it still won't turn on. It was on
when I put it on the charger then when I came back to take it off the
screen was black. I tried using my wife's charger aswell and still won't
work

I’m experiencing the same issue. I cleaned it, tried different outlets and it still doesn’t work. Did you find a solution?

Fortunately I am still within warranty and, subject to my returning the
existing fitbit, they will replace it. I have sent it off snd sm waiting to
hear.

Hi @KMits and @Wzq , have you tried the steps mentioned by @ManuFitbit ?

It may also be helpful for you to try different chargers and outlets if available to help narrow down where the issue is.  I would also clean the back of all devices and the charging ports in question before beginning your tests.  If that doesn't work, you can contact Support via chat at the bottom of this page and ask for a Battery Test to help diagnose the issue.

Fit bit 6 unable to get charged. I cleaned all units

I also tried dveryyhing. Fortunately I was still under guarantee. Their
customer services were fantastic. A call from US within 30 seconds and
replacement watch and cable just a few days later.
I am sure that it was the cable which was faulty.
