Charge 6 user manual

I have tried several times to download the user's manual. I keep getting an error saying that the file is not supported. I have an Android Samsung s22 ultra. Why can't I get the user manual? Is there another way or link other than through the app?

Yes, that worked. 

Now, if I could only get my Charge 6 to update and use it. It's brand new!
