Bought the Charge 6 when we arrived in the US to replace my ageing Polar A360 which was hammered with Enduro bike riding and training for years. My Charge 6 last 18months till today then it just died, won't take a charge, checked the cable voltage and reset button on the cable, all working, cleaned the terminals, no go, Charge 6 will not charge, be it a laptop or mobile power supply, connected the power, no vibration as I would expect, 3x reset will not work, it is dead after the battery gave me a 20% warning yesterday and I tried to charge it.
Has anyone had this as my Fitbit has never seen a day's hard work, still looks new? Now I'm back on my 9yr old A360 with zero issues.
Thanks for your time.

It happens. 18 months is a long time for something like that, to me, especially with heavy use. I hear that you have voltage checked, etc, but I would still try a different wall wart/charger and a different cable. I keep multiples around just in case. Hope you can get it sussed!

I left the fitbit for a week now, then hooked it up and it vibrated and started to take charge as normal, used it yesterday and it is back to normal. My take is, the software locked up as the date and time are still from the day is went black on 07/26, today it is showing 07/27 and it is actually 08/02 and 1hour out.
In the future if it happens again, leave it for a week till the battery dies, then try again as it must be running internally, yet showing nothing for the battery to drain within a week.
Thanks for the response to my query and I hope if someone searches for the same problem, they also find this "ease" fix before binning the fitbit.
