Charge 6 won't sync

I've already tried uninstalling the app, factory resetting my watch, clearing cache, rebooting my phone, turning on/off Bluetooth, etc. Nothing works.

It's been like this for a couple weeks where the app won't sync with the watch. I'll try to force it to sync by pulling down on the screen, but just stays "loading". Even when I try the above steps, it still won't sync. It will randomly, but it will go multiple days. Weirdly, it'll still live sync with my calorie burn, but won't my heart rate, sleep, or readiness score until it successfully syncs. Even on the watch, it won't show my sleep or readiness scores.

Anyone experiencing the same thing, or found a fix

@njira a factory reset of the watch will require a sync to set the watch up to you account. 

  • Have you tried removing your Charge 6 from the phones BT. 
  • I'm going to assume that you only sync through one device. 
  • If you have tried a second device, please remove the Charge 6 from its device. 
  • Cleared the Fitbit App cache. 
  • Removed all other apps from memory. 
  • Tried through both WiFi and cellular. 
  • Turned off the phone, and back on (the only way to restart the phones hardware. 
  • Restart watch. I try twice, since the Charge 6 doesn't have a true hardware restart. 
  • Contacted Support. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support
  • If the community of users haven't been able to help, you may want to get Fitbit support involved
  • Only once in 20 years have i resorted to factory setting a watch.
