I just updated my Iphone 13 to 26.2.1. A day or so after it would not connect. I did everything, shut my phone off, deleted the app, disconnected it from my bluetooth, turned off my bluetooth, I even tried to forget it on the Fitbit app and because I was desperate, nothing. When I click connect it does connect to my bluetooth and doesn’t have an option to disconnect but it says there’s an error on the app connecting. Please help me

Thank you so much!! I didn’t even know restarting with the button on the charger was a thing and didn’t find that on the site when I first looked. That fixed it right up. Thank you again.
