Charge 6 won’t sync

My charge 6 does not sync automatically and will hardly sync manually.  It often goes half way and stops.  This is a new problem.  It worked until about a week ago.  The “push the button 3 times” restart does not work either.

Thank you! I found eventually by updating the app it started working again.

The only way I have found to sync is to restart my phone.  It is a pain in the butt.  I loved my charge 5 but not so much the charge 6.  If I could find a different tracker that is water resistant, I would buy that instead.

Had Fitbit (Charge 6)  about a year, no issues then one day would not sync, tried all the things help and everyone recc, no luck. Charges fine but could not achieve reset. App did not show disconnected phone, but Bluetooth would not connect to the unit. Cleaned the charging ports, tried reset, reset worked, Fitbit logo popped up, all fine now.

Thanks. I am finding that all I have to do is turn off Bluetooth and then
turn it back on. If that doesn't work, I restart the phone and everything
works fine. It is just a pain but I haven't had to do it for a couple of
weeks now.

I'm having the same problem and it just started a week ago. I have to restart my charge 6 everyday in order for it to sync.

I’m having this issue as well. Any suggested fixes besides the disconnecting and reconnecting; done this multiple times

I’ve been able to get it to sync by removing and reinstalling the app, but
I’ve lost a weeks worth of stats and this is the second time in two week
that this has happened. Really disappointing and a pain to have to go
through all this each time I want to sync
