Charge 6 won’t sync

Charge 6 was not tracking sleep. I disconnected from the app and now it won’t reconnect. 

every code it gives me is “invalid, please try again” repeat repeat repeat.

Thank you for taking the time to share the experience that you are having with Charge 6. Thank you for trying to fix it on your own.

Could you please give a try to the following in the given order:

  1. Fully charge your tracker
  2. Reboot your phone and restart your Charge 6
  3. Make sure the Fitbit app is updated on your phone.
  4. Force close the Fitbit App on your phone.
  5. Forget any Fitbit devices from the Bluetooth settings.
  6. Turn off the Bluetooth, and then turn it back on.
  7. Retry the Charge 6 Setup process.
