I bought a charger 6 and the wristband was regularly pupping off. I asked for assistance through the community and it confirm it was attached correctly. I lost the watch and I finally found it in the wood. I do not want to wear it anymore because I will loose it again.
I want to return the watch and get refund.
I have been throught the Fitbit web site and I did not find the instruction for return. In fact I found a page link for the instruction, but there is no issue and information. Now I am asking the community how to get refund.

Hi @MonixT in addition to what @RiekoC suggested (try that first) it depends on when and where you purchased your Charge 6. The time frame for returns for a refund varies from retailer to retailer as well as the country where it's purchased. Once you've past that window for return, the best thing to do is work with customer service for a solution to the band issue.
