My charge 5 died for the 3rd time. They were nice enough to give me a 50% off coupon I had to go to their website to use it. I decided to upgrade and got a charge 6. Did not read the fine print on my coupon that states coupon not good on a charge 6. I didn’t find this out until I placed my order. I immediately within 2 minutes called to cancel my order. I was informed I could not cancel my order because their system won’t let them. What kind of crapnis that. I was told I had to wait to receive it and then call them and request a return label. Why? I wanted my order cancelled. I decided that I would just go ahead and keep it even though it cost me 160.00 dollars. The day I received it I was at Walmart and saw the charge 6 for 120.00. So not only did they rip me off on the coupon they jacked up the price and I was charged 40 dollars more than it retails at. I highly encourage everyone to rethink it before you order any product from this company. Pay the extra and go with Apple or Garmin because they will eventually get that money from you and you will have a sub standard fitness watch
