Have you had a chance to try to restart your Charge 6 using the charging cable that came with it? If not, that's the first recommended troubleshooting step to try. If you haven't done a restart with the cable, this page has the instructions: How do I restart my Fitbit? (<-- click link)
Another recommended troubleshooting step to try is changing the clock face ( <-- click link). If this works, you can go back to the clock face you prefer.
It may take more than a single try to get your Charge 6 back to working normally.
If neither troubleshooting step works, then you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link). They will likely have you do some troubleshooting to determine if your device is defective. If they do confirm that it's defective, they should let you know what are your options under warranty.
