In the Android app under Devices connected to Fitbit it shows Charge 6 and Phone.
I have no problem syncing the Charge 6 but Phone shows synced '9 days ago'.
If the Charge 6 is syncing fine, and the web dashboard is up to date, what is the phone trying to sync to, and why isn't it?

Hi @James1000
From your description, it looks like you have added your phone to use as a tracker (mainly steps) for times when you're not wearing your Charge 6. If you remove your phone as a device and start the process to add it back, you'll see the pages explaining how this feature works.
If you haven't used just your phone to track your steps, that will be why you don't see a recent sync with your phone. If you don't need this feature, it's fine to remove your phone as a Connected device.
Hope this clears up the confusion.

My charge 6 needs to be synced to my phone every day as it loses connection. Is that normal?

Hello @Pumpkin-123
By any chance, are you an iOS user? I've noticed iOS users have been reporting sync issues with their Fitbits and iPhones.

Hello @Pumpkin-123
I'm pretty sure that the Fitbit team is aware of the issue and is working on resolving it. I only wish I knew what is the timeline to get this fixed.

Hello, I have the same issue with my android app. Sense 2 shows syncing, but phone shows it was synced 190 days ago and I can't seem to find where to update this? My incoming calls and weather info doesn't work on my device sometimes but when I sync my app a few times it eventually starts to work. Not sure why on the app it shows my actual phone hasn't been synced since my initial set up? You mentioned that it's possible that the phone was only set up as a tracker? How would I know that before I disconnect the phone and start over?
Thank you in advance

Hello @Sense2024
To see if you set up your phone as a tracker, tap on the device icon in the upper left of the Today page. This will open to the Connected to Fitbit page. Towards the bottom of the page, you will see Add connections. If you see Phone with the Add phone option, then your phone is not connected to the Fitbit app as a tracker.
If you see Phone under Devices, that means your phone was added as a tracker. To remove it, tap on Phone which will open to a new page. Tap on Disconnect device. A popup window will open. Tap on Disconnect. This will disconnect your phone as a tracker from the Fitbit app. But this will not affect the Fitbit app on your phone.
BTW, there's a sync icon at the top right of the page if your phone was added as a tracker. Tap on the sync icon and this will sync any steps tracked by your phone to the Fitbit app.
