Charge6 does not show 'hrv'

I've been using charge6 for about a month and other functions work fine. But 'hrv' measurement does not work well.

As you can see in second picture, other measurements work well.

Only 'hrv' section says "there is no data in 24 hours". 

I tried to find answer in this community but nothing works and hrv measurement only works 'accidently'.

I restarted the device several time, deleted cache in the app. what else i can do?

Welcome to the community.

The device may shift on your arm during sleep.  Try repositioning the tracker on your wrist, and tightening or loosening the strap to see if that helps.
I sometimes experience that issue with my devices.
