Hello,
I'm new so just getting to grips with my tracker.... I have done a couple of the free workouts on the app, but also use my tracker to monitor the exercise as asked to by the instructor. I've noticed that the stats generated by the workout are different to my watch stats. I haven't tested enough to workout which is more accurate and I'm not an elite athlete (!!) so I realise it's not a big deal but just wondered what is the most favoured way of tracking Fitbit workouts, the app or the watch - at the moment I have both stored which of course is double counting minutes etc. Thanks for your advice!
