My fitbit charge 6 just died. I tried contacting support forcwsrranty through the app's chat and call center. I just get an errir code and the prompting starts all over for what i want.
Is normal for them to get out of helping when under warranty? It's really annoying.

Hi @HappysMom anything warranty related requires the customer service people.
here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.

I guess the India number is not correct as when dialled get a message likely fraud from true caller. And before it rings call gets disconnected.
Please share thw working no. Iam facing trouble.
