I'd contact Support right away. You can find the link at the bottom of the page. There is something wrong with the screen, they can assist with diagnostics to figure out what it is. If they can't fix it, I would see if you're still within warranty from the retailer you originally purchased your device from and see if they'll honor an exchange.
