I have been trying all morning to get the app to sink and it won't so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it again and it does not go beyond the synching part and it just won't do it

I have been trying all morning to try and sync the app and it won't do it so I uninstalled the app downloaded it again and it still won't sync. Screenshot attached

Does this happen when you are connected to wifi or mobile data?
Are there any other bluetooth devices connected or near your mobile device when trying to sync?

I am connected to Wi-Fi and yes there are other devices but they don't have the app on it I only have it on my phone. And that has never been an issue before unless there is something going on with Google since this is attached to Google but since you didn't say anything about that I figured that's not the issue.
I did restart my phone a couple of times even and that doesn't make a difference so I don't know what's going on and all those suggestions on in the link that you included in in this comment I pretty much did and it's doesn't do anything as you can see okay I didn't understand can't speak

I already diagnostic on my phone and after all was completed which apparently everything was fine I then tried to sync the app but before I even had a chance it magically synced itself, so now everything is just fine and I don't know if the diagnostic at anything to do with it or not or if it was Google. Anyway everything is working now.

I keep having the same issue and go through all the steps and it works for a day or so and then back to not synching.

Try to run the diagnostic on your phone, not sure if that's what made it work, but it could be. Worth a try!

Do you have an Android?
Go to your settings, then search for DIAGNOSTIC when it comes up and click on it, then click on PHONE DIAGNOSTIC, and go through all the tests. Hope it works for you.

@Moscreations What has been resolving my Charge 6 and Fitbit application failing to sync is a simultaneous restart of both my Charge 6 and my phone. It is unusual in that, restarting them one at a time does not resolve the failure to sync, but restarting at the same time does. I will add my disclaimer that I am using an older Android 14 phone with current version Fitbit app and Charge 6 System/firmware, although I see there is a new version of the firmware being rolled out soon.

There are several other Charge 6 users reporting syncing issues, please see this thread (<-- click). The Moderator on the thread is collecting information to provide to the team for investigation and eventual fix.
You might want to post on that thread with your information so that it can be added to the bug report ticket.

I have a S23FE, Android version 15, One UI version 7.
I got mine syncing after I went through diagnostic on my phone, ehfn I went back to the app, just as I was about to shut it down it synched, and I've not had the issue since. But you had a good idea there.

Same with my Charge 6. Very disappointed. Sleep hours do not show. Steps do not sinks. What is happening.

Yep ! Very disappointed. Sleep hours don't show ! Steps don't add up or it shows more steps on my phone than on my watch. What is happening with Fitbit. Please have it fixed, because I will not buy another Fitbit ever.

For everybody else.
Make sure no other Bluetooth devices are connected to the phone or nearby (headphones, keyboards, etc.).
Please follow these steps; you may have already done some, but the order is important:
