Hello! I cannot see Fitbit Charge 6 clock display when I turn my wrist. Simplified instructions to remedy problem not accessible. Help please.

Swipe down form clock face to Quick Settings. Tap half moon to get you out of Sleep Mode.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
