From the fitbit application, I am not able to change the clock face of my charge 6 watch. The application constantly sends me an error code linked to an internet connection, but I checked my Wi-Fi connection and my 5G connection as well as uninstalling my app, reinstalling it and unpairing the Bluetooth and re-pairing... And still the same error code appears.
Please help me @FloreFitbit

I have the same problem. For some reason when I click on Gallery, it keeps telling me I have no Internet connection. So I cant change the clock. How can I fix this? I tried reinstalling the app... same thing. Please, help me!
