Hi 

I’m unable to open watch faces and apps on my iPhone.. (I have a Fitbit charge 6). I have done everything suggested and spent hours doing so.. and it is becoming clear that this is clearly an issue at Fitbit - if this isn’t resolved very soon by Fitbit I will be escalating this matter to Ofcom and suggest that everyone else who is having the same problem to do the same

I expect a mass recall maybe on the cards if Google and Fitbit can’t resolve this
