I hade to change device (fitbit 6, hardware failure) and my new fitbit 6 doesn’t receive any notifications.
(Nothing under notifications in the fitbit app)
(yes I’ve reset the app the device …
yes I’ve re-paired it, system notifications are on.
System notifications were working fine with the previous device.

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 is not receiving notifications. Thanks for the troubleshooting you have done regarding this.
Our team is aware of the situation and working on a fix. I'll post updates here as soon as I get them. Meanwhile, please make sure your devices and app are updated.
