Hi,
can anyone help? I’ve been a premium for years and my sleep animal and extras all work fine. However the coach screen won’t load, the badges won’t load and the view premium membership won’t load, so I have no access to be able to run a wellness report. I’ve tried force closing, updating app etc all the usual stuff

Although I'm not sure that this will help fix the problem you're seeing, did you try clearing the storage/data for the Fitbit app on your mobile device?
If you want to try this, do a sync before clearing the app storage to make sure that your tracked data is uploaded to your account on the Fitbit server. After you clear the storage, you'll need to log back into the Fitbit app.
