Daily Heart rate graph shows "No Data"

I no longer appear to be able to view my daily heart rate graph. I can only access my average daily heart rate by going through my weekly heart rate. Is there a solution to be able to see the daily graph again

I can see the daily heart rate graph but the Y axis needs a few more units of calibration

On graph, heart rate starts about 50 and then jumps to 90’s and onto moderate/vigorous etc.  Give us a clue in between!

I've also got the same issue. Has been happening for about 2 weeks now, also on iOS.

Have restarted both my phone and Charge 6, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, factory reset the device but no luck. It's still picking up my current heart rate ok, and provides historical graphs of my resting heart rate but cannot get the daily breakdown.

I have the same issue, I have had it on my Charge 4 for about a week, I bought a new charge 6 and still have the same issue after setup and restarting phone.

Hello @FatimaFitbit

In case you haven't seen these, there are 2 more users in the Charge 5 forum who are also experiencing issues with their heart rate graphs. Thank you in advance for sharing the reports with the appropriate team.

Here are the two threads:

Hello @FatimaFitbit @RiekoC

Wondering if there is an update this issue? The problem is still ongoing and I don't believe there has been an app version update? Any further guidance gratefully appreciated. Many thanks.

I haven’t been given any update as to a solution either!!!!

It’s all gone quite from Fitbit.

I know they are looking into the issue but here's what I observed so far if it would be of any help to the team. Without any doubt there is an unknown activity or event that disconnects the Bluetooth connection between the Charge 6 and the Phone. See screenshot below.

Restarting the Charge 6 alone does not re-establish the BT connection. For me it was also impossible to re-establish the BT connection under Settings of the Phone. I was only able to reconnect BT to Charge 6 by Restarting the phone. Sync with the app was then possible again (of course until the BT disconnection re-occur).

Hi @FatimaFitbit
I am using Versa Lite and iOS app, and facing same issue.
Please let us know any update on this. It's been about 10 days now that the graphs are not showing.
Thanks.

Hi @FatimaFitbit

My (old IT guy) curiosity is leading me down a rabbit hole but I got new observation this morning that may or may not be useful in getting to a solution. It's really odd and likely cannot be duplicated that's why I decided to report it.

1) app data didn't get sync overnight as usually the problem.
2) tried manual sync; no go.
3) Switched view to my phone Setting -> Bluetooth to see connection.
4) While in BT setting, noticed the Charge 6 connection alternating on and off like it connected then disconnected for many seconds flipping back and forth.
5) decided to do a "Forget" to remove the Charge 6 saved device.
6) Tried to add back Charge 6 device : no luck.
7) Restarted the phone to add Charge 6 back; no luck.
Went back to App to view and noticed Sync is running normally.
9) Looked at phone BT setting and found that there is NO charge 6 device in the connection but still syncing. WOW.

Conclusion - Sync is working even though my phone BT does not show as connected to Charge 6. It's a very odd situation this morning. A mystery and many hours later now Sync is still going good.

Hi,

I had the same issue with my charge 4 appx 10 days ago when the app version updated. Heartbeat data no longer showing. Upgraded to a new charge 6 thinking my old charge 4 was the problem - nope.

iPhone 16, iOS 18.1.1,Sense 2. Lost all historic heart rate data. App will not show usual graph, just x and y axes and asks me to wear my Fitbit device. Sense 2 has green light and shows live heart rate. Been happening for a week or so. App updated. Logged out of App, closed down iPhone etc etc., but still doesnt show the graph properly. Obviously an “across the board” issue on different devices that needs urgent action

I don't have any issue with the BT connection. It syncs every other data.
Only the HR graph is not loading.
