This is an issue that other users have reported. I've gotten confirmation that this has been escalated to the appropriate team for resolution.
Although this help page on Readiness scores (<-- click link) has some information, I don't think there's any troubleshooting we can recommend since this issue seems to be on the Fitbit side.

I am glad to hear the daily readiness score is being worked on. I have been wearing my charge 6 both day and night for months now and still no readiness score! It is frustrating to see the message that if I would wear it while sleeping I would have the score, when the only time I am not wearing it are while I shower, and when it is charging!

My daily readiness scores are not working either. It’s the main reason I bought this device. Is there warranty to return it? Or can someone tell me how to fix it? All the help links have been useless to me and waste of time. Thank you for any help.
... I finally found a number to call and will follow up that way. :). Thank you. I hope to be able to continue with this device.
