Data Sync issue followed by data lost

Just before midnight last night i noticed that my fitbit app wouldnt sync to my fitbit. i quickly took a picture of my fitbit. midnight hit and my fitbit continued to log data without registering that it was a new day. again i tried to sync and failed. tried a force stop on the app and then reloaded but to no avail. i then got the charging cable and reset. my fitbit flashed up 17:50, then a few second later went to a couple of minutes past midnight. all data between those times has been lost. is there any way of retrieving that data?

Hi @jo106 ,

You mentioned that you took pictures of all the information captured by your Fitbit before midnight.  Do you mind posting the pictures so that we can see what's happening?  Also, which OS are you running?
