I continue to have issues with the data on my Fitbit. Time zone issues have been going on for over a year. Used to be able to adjust manually each time I opened the device that no longer works. As you can see by the picture it was 857am when I checked my device and my device is telling me I slept from 943 am to 3:02 pm. Times do not align even close to what I actually sleep. It also tells me the wrong steps as I will wake up with 10000 steps at time. It throws off all my data. You can see in second picture device is set to my time one. I am seriously very frustrated with this situation. Support has done a complete reset multiple times with me and they just keep telling me to wait for the next update and then the next update. But none of the updates has fixed the issue over the last year. I’m told it’s been escalated to the next level. Any help on this would be so much appreciated.

full device reset x3 - manually set time zone - disconnected my phone and reconnected - ensured all phone settings are accurate (I have a iPhone 16 pro) I have spent hours trying to fix this.
