I'm pretty much at the point of throwing my Charge 6 in the garbage and buying a different product/service for my health/sleep metrics.
The setting of Date/Time for this product simply doesn't work. It is stuck on UTC time. The result is that all of my data is incorrect because daily data ends up shifted into a different day than it actually is. The sleep data is completely wrong because the hours of sleep are way out of sync. I've tried EVERYTHING. I've attempted to reset the device, attempted changing date/time settings in the app, on my phone, etc... I've tried re-installing the app, resetting devices, etc... NOTHING works. This issue has been going on for several months... there has been maybe ONE app update during that time period. App update didn't address/fix the issue. This issue is common amongst Fitbit users. There are dozens of reddit threads full of people complaining about the same issue. I'll give it 1 more month, if the issue isn't fixed I'm canceling the subscription, and moving to a new product/service from a different company.
The CS for Fitbit seems to have evaporated since it was acquired by Google. I guess they just wanted the data for Ai training.

I have the exact issue and have tried everything suggested by their tech help. I am waiting for the team to help now. Ive cleared data, deleted app, reinstalled app, changed to manual time, removed off Bluetooth and basically started all over by replacing device on app. There are no fixes. All my data is inaccurate and the Fitbit is just an expensive watch. My husbands charge 6 is doing the same too. Disappointed considering g the price we paid.

I took off auto and set it to time zone. Also deleted app. Reset Fitbit by clearing data. Basically did a new setup. By the next day everything is syncing right.

Yes… I’ve run the latest firmware update. Also have the most recent app update (iOS)… I’ve followed the steps suggested in your link. Nothing fixes the issue. Date/Time settings remain stuck on UTC.
