Hi. I have a really strange issue. Just got the Charge 6 today. My distance goal is 10 km. On the app it says 10.30 km and the circle is completed. On my device it also says 10.30, but the circle is NOT complete. Like it’s missing a third. Almost as is the device clock thinks that my goal is 10 miles and thus not done. Any help??

@CatWithBall Not so strange, actually. I wear a Sense 2. There is a known issue where mile users don't get their circles completed, because the device has a mile/km bug. I used to be able to change my distance unit to km and the circle would close. A few other metric users posted recently, describing your experience. So I set my distance units to metric again. I'm seeing the same thing as you. It's another mismatch bug, even weirder than the first.
My advice -- ignore the device screen.

It's been like this on the iOS app since an update a few months ago. I've lost track of how many times I've sent feedback to Google/Fitbit but nothing gets done. It displays correctly on Android app but apparently their Apple app programmer doesn't care or is in over their head. Also can't edit the "workout" category to change to personal categorizes. Same deal, works on Android but not Apple app. So frustrating dealing with Fitbit.
