Difficulty on getting heart rate on Charge 6

Got my charge 6 and all the stats are showing up except for HRV. In the app it shows that 5/5 stats are available to view, but when I click on the "BR, SPO2, RHR, HRV etc" to get the stats the HRV says "No data in the past 24 hours", and it's been like that for a week. Anyone experiencing a similar situation? I've tried emptying cache on the Fitbit app, logging out/logging in, restarted my fitbit (just normally, not the hard reset with the charger), paired the charge 6 to my phone again/forgotten the device in bluetooth settings. I'm also in a country where all stats are supposed to be available. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks for explaining the situation with the heart rate on your Charge 6.

It is curious the heart rate doesn't appear since the other ones require the heart rate to get this information, can you send me a photo of how you can see the data, please? Also, can you tell me if you can see the heart rate on your Charge 6 or is it not appearing both in the app and Charge 6?

He is talking about HRV not HR. I have the same problem: all the metrics are working fine except HRV which is showing "no Data".
