How do I disable Cardio Load related features? I am NOT training for anything so I don't NEED nor WANT the daily message every time I open the Fitbit app telling me about my Cardio Load Target.
I hope someone in the Community can help me resolve this irritating situation ... thanks!

Hi @Ceekur Cardio Load data is collected even if you have the tile toggled off. So yes, this prompt is annoying if you aren't interested in tracking it. You can add your vote and comment on this request in the Product Feedback forum.
In the meantime, I hope this works for you. Like I wrote, that data is collected on all users. It takes seven days to calibrate and get a prompt. You can delete you cardio load data. Tap on your profile picture, then Your data in Fitbit. Scroll down and tap on Deletion options. Tap on Cardio load and delete the data. Now you should get a week of not being bothered while it recalibrates. You will need to do this once a week. Rinse and repeat, as they say.

Thanks for the quick response! I had already looked through the app Settings and since I did not see an option to control Cardio Load I suspected it was something I could not disable. Based on your response I have my choice of DAILY or WEEKLY annoyance. Thanks again!
