The steps in the phone and device is showing a discrepancy although I synced a few times.
Also in the exercise if I look at monthly data. it deleted all my exercise info for last 6 months and only for the last week of the month. Even today it is not showing that I exercised

Hello @Vaibhavv11
There was an issue with step tracking and seeing data from completed exercises in the Fitbit app. The team was aware of the issue and had been working on fixing the problems.
That said, updates to both the Android and iOS Fitbit apps recently started to roll out. I've seen some users report that the update resolved these issues for them. The current Android version is 4.26.1 and the iOS version is 4.26.
The app versions tend to rollout in waves. If you don't see the update in your app store, keep checking. It should be available to you soon.

Updated on Android with no improvement. Still lost all data on exercise back through August 18th and no new data will upload into exercise.

Hello @Vaibhavv11 & @RVecsei
Thank you for confirming that you are on the current versions of the Fitbit app and are still having issues with your exercise data.
I'm going to monitor the forums and see if I can find out any further information. I'll report back if I learn of any updates.

So I just saw an article about Google killing fitbit.com in September and the dashboard we all lived was killed off this summer. Amazing coincidence that all our fitbits are having massive failures and issues at the same time. Looks very suspiciously that we're being forced off of fitbit. I find it very hard to believe that the programmers have been unable to track down these issues for over a month now.

For this month it deleted a whole week of exercise. It's frustrating.

Hello @Chelle1107
The issue on the Fitbit side that affects seeing completed exercise data in the Fitbit app is still on-going and being worked on.
Are you getting your weekly Fitbit progress email? If so, does it show the correct number of days that you exercised? Users are reporting that they see the correct exercise information in their weekly progress email. That indicates to me that their data was properly uploaded to their accounts on the Fitbit servers. However, there seems to be an issue syncing the data between the Fitbit servers and the app.
At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting steps that we can recommend since the issue is on the Fitbit side.
