Display wont go left to right

After update I can't swipe my fitbit left to right to see stop watch, etc. Also noticed a little glow at the bottom of the display. I tried changing my display and still can't go left to right. Restarted from fitbit - didn't fix it. Unable to restart from charging cable. I hit the button 3x and it doesn't not reboot.

That is not normal behavior.

Please contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call. It may be better for you to call and speak with a support agent.
