I've had multiple issues with my Charge 6 in 2024. Incorrectly tracking my distance, steps and exercise days. Find attatched screenshots to explain.
I've had this device less than a year, I raised all the above issues with the support team via email to which nothing has been resolved. Daily my Fitbit tells me daily that I've not reached 5miles of distance (which on average is 10k steps) however I do 11k steps a day, everyday.
VERY frustrating!
Ps. all troubleshooting steps have been followed numerous times & the app is up to date, android device.
Has anyone experienced the same?
