So I had this issue already with my Charge5. After it broke early but just after warranty, I deliberated long and hard… ended up buying another Fitbit.
Now I have the exact same issue with my Charge6. I put 10km as target in the app; and even though I hit this goal, it does not show this on my Fitbit screen. Stuck at like 80%.
Display shows 12.8km, but the bar of 10 km (and even 9 km) target is not full.
Zone minutes also wonky. Close app, re-open, refresh —> correct. Refresh again —> incorrect
First day with new device… not great. Starting to doubt whether I should have given this another chance. I read the distance issue is years and years old. Just a big “whatever, we don’t care” to the customers.

I have exactly the same issue. I’m at my wits end trying to figure out a fix which is actually why I’m here.
Wondering if I should just return the watch as I just bought it from Amazon a week ago.
