Driving not being logged properly.

Even when I log a driving activity to remove steps being counted during travel, the total steps count isn't being updated. The steps are updated in the chart but total count remains unchanged. I have manually added the charted steps and there is a mismatch between total steps bein shown on app and total steps in the chart.

Although Driving returned as an Activity choice, I've seen other users report that it doesn't remove steps. 

As far as I know, the team is aware of the issue and has been working on fixing the problem. However, we haven't seen a timeline for the fix. 

For now, please report this issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:

  • Tap on your picture/avatar in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap on Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts & submit

The feedback reports are received by the team for review.
